YEARBOOK Just a reminder, the deadline to purchase a 2021 Trail is fast approaching. Seniors, you need to either purchase a yearbook OR pay the $25 color fee before you receive your diploma. Journalism students are at all three lunches taking payments. you can pay with cash, check or online using the computers at the sales table. SWIM TEAM Registration forms are available in the high school office or Click here to download and print the form. Registration forms are due no later than Monday, April 19th.

SPORTS PHYSICALS Right around the corner: JCH&L will begin doing sports physicals for the 2021-2022 school year May 1, 2021. Be sure to call and make your appointment now. Students participating in any sport must have a current sports physical before they can participate. Please have your completed physicals returned to Fairbury Jr/Sr High School office by Monday, August 2, 2021.

VOLLEYBALL Any ladies interested in playing volleyball next year that are incoming freshmen through seniors are invited to join us at open gym the remaining Sunday's in April (11th, 18th, 25th) from 4:00-5:30 pm in the '89 gym. If you have any interest, please make sure you text Coach Hinrichs so that he can put you in the group text for future camp, open gym, and practice information. High School Softball Meeting for All Current 8-11th Graders All current 8-11th graders planning to play High School Softball next fall, need to meet in the media center Tuesday, April 13th at 8 am for a brief meeting. If you are unable to attend, see Mrs. Biehl.

Accuplacer Test for All 10th & 11th Graders Registered for Honors English I All of you have registered to take Honors English I next year. In order to take the class, you must qualify by either taking the ACT and earning a 19 on the reading test or by taking the Accuplacer Reading and earning a 258-300. The Pre-ACT reading does NOT qualify you to take Honors English I this year. SCC will be here on Wednesday, April 21st at 8 a.m. to administer the accuplacer to all of you in the media center. If you fail to show up or don't get the score needed, you will either have to take the ACT or Accuplacer over the summer. Juniors that just took the ACT are encouraged to come take the accuplacer if the scores are not back before that time.   See Mrs. Biehl if you have questions.

BABYSITTING CLINIC Jefferson Community Health & Life is offering a babysitting clinic Tuesday, May 25th from 9:30am-3:30pm at the Fairgrounds in the 4-H Building. For more details click here

POST PROM FUNDRAISER Due to the overwhelming success of the Chick-Fil-A food truck is returning this Wednesday, April 14th beginning at 5pm in the Livingston Enterprises, Inc parking lot, serving until sold out!

Senior Graduation Video Seniors: If you want to be represented in the senior graduation video, you must get the following pictures to Brynn Novotny by Friday, April 23rd: Baby photo, toddler photo, & up to 3 (school appropriate) fun pictures. Make sure your name is on the back of your pictures if you want them returned.

GIRLS BASKETBALL Attention all girls grades 7-11 interested in basketball next year. There will be an informational meeting Thursday, April 22nd at 8am in the Media Center. Plan to attend and find out more details.

College Attire Day On Friday, April 16th every student is encouraged to wear a college shirt of some kind that represents either their favorite college or for seniors-where you are attending next fall.
